Shipping Information

The Staff at Brisky Pet Products is very proud of our shipping performance.  Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, some even the very same day they are received.  Orders coming in on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day.  We generally find it best to ship orders via UPS Ground or by First Class mail thru the postal service and by doing so this enables the customer to get their order in just a few days.  You can elect to choose various methods of shipping thru the order process if you wish. 

MONEY SAVING TIPS

On orders involving multiple cartons, we can, in many cases, "piggy back"  them (tape together)  to save on shipping costs.  Small items are often put in the same carton with a larger item.  Several items shipped as one order will weigh less than individual weights because UPS figures any fraction of a pound to the next higher pound. 

You can save big on orders weighing over 200-lbs. by using UPS Hundred Weight service.  You can pool orders with others to achieve 200-lbs. and save up to 40% or more on shipping charges.  If you think the hundred weight service may be for you please call 1-800-462-2464 and speak with a customer service representative about it.

In addition to UPS, we also ship items via Priority Mail and by Common Carrier.  We always look for the best and most cost effective method to get the order to the customer.

When using the Online Retail Store, our custom shopping cart feartures real-time shipping calculations allowing you to preview shipping charges prior to checking out.  To preview your shipping charges follow these simple steps:

1-Add the items you wish to purchase to the cart.

2-Press the checkout button.

3-Fill out the order form and select a shipping method.   Your address information will be needed to get shipping calculations.

4-Click Preview Order button..This will not submit your order.

5-View your shipping information.  You can use the back button to return to the previous form and try a different shipping method.

6-To finalize your purchase press the Confirm Order Button.
