    Leanna began her professional career as a legal secretary for a commercial real estate firm, where she also pursued her long-held ambition of acquiring a real estate license. She spent more than six years developing her expertise in sourcing single tenant and multi-tenant net lease properties for a large investment firm. During this time, Leanna developed a specialization in net lease real estate, tenant analysis, and transaction coordination. Her analytical skills, proficiency in transaction coordination, and strong communication abilities helped her close more than 75 transactions and source more than $300 million in net lease opportunities. Leanna’s work style is characterized by authenticity, transparency, and meticulous attention to detail. She approaches challenges with a resolution-focused mindset, emphasizing problem-solving and adaptability. Leanna values developing client relationships and fostering teamwork, succeeding through her collaborative and resilient nature.

    Trent Anderson

    Trent serves as a Senior Associate at Brisky Net Lease. As a net lease and sale-leaseback advisor, Trent specializes in corporate and value-add real estate, helping owners maximize their real estate assets’ value by strategically shifting equity from non-revenue generating assets into growth initiatives via sale-leaseback transactions. Trent has extensive knowledge of the buyer pools for the asset classes he works in. He adeptly navigates the market landscape while effectively maximizing valuations by identifying the ideal times for assertive tactics or customizing marketing strategies to connect with prospective buyers.

    Trent started nearly a decade ago in the industry as a net lease broker, specializing in advising clients through acquisitions into Single Tenant Net Lease (STNL), Tenancy in Common (TIC) and Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) properties. Trent’s work style is characterized by honesty and collaboration, providing clients with data-supported advice tailored to their goals. His ability to connect with people and grasp their perspectives allows him to effectively relay information, fostering long-term client relationships. Trent values empathy and understanding, placing himself in the client’s position as he develops a solution that best serves them and their goals.

    Alex Lott

    Alex works as an Associate at Brisky Net Lease. In his role, Alex focuses on building relationships with investors, tenants and other parties to net lease transactions. He also works hard to ensure that all parties to a transaction share a sense of success and strives to help clients accomplish their goals in a transaction. Alex realizes he can help drive the firm’s success if the client’s goals are accomplished and their expectations are surpassed. 

    Alex is a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Alex has specialized  in quick-service restaurant (QSR)/casual dining restaurant assets and worked with operators on sale-leasebacks. With years of experience as a commercial real estate advisor, Alex has represented clients nationwide. He is well versed in all single tenant retail, with extensive experience in the Southeast, where he has lived and worked his entire life. Alex’s approach to work involves the personal touch of interacting directly with clients on the phone or in person to discuss any issues or questions.

    Tiffany Trinidad

    Tiffany serves as an Associate at Brisky Net Lease, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a unique global perspective to the firm. In her role, she focuses on single tenant net lease investment sales and acquisitions, advisory services, and market growth planning and execution. Tiffany is a licensed real estate salesperson in California and an active member of the Los Angeles chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).

    Before she embarked on her commercial real estate career, she spent more than a decade successfully leading global hospitality and operations teams. That role helped Tiffany acquire extensive experience in developing genuine connections, working collaboratively with others, and delivering personalized experiences. Tiffany is passionate about meeting people and establishing meaningful relationships. Her diverse linguistic skills enabled her to learn five languages, teaching her the value of a broad perspective and fueling her innovative and creative approach to every deal. Tiffany’s capacity as a team member is limitless. She defines success by exceeding thresholds through resilience and confidence, passionately pursuing dreams, and continuously growing.

    Max Mantey

    Max works as an Associate at Brisky Net Lease. As a commercial real estate agent, he works to bring buyers and sellers together, ensuring the right individuals are matched for each transaction. Max empowers sellers to unlock the full potential of their assets, and collaborates closely with fellow brokers and staff to serve clients.     Max is a law school graduate, he holds a license in the state of Minnesota. His legal career includes clerking for a law firm that specialized in real estate, offering him valuable experience handling a diverse range of transactional work and litigation. In 2021, Max moved into commercial real estate at Marcus & Millichap, where he quickly excelled and earned the prestigious “Rookie of the Year” award in 2022. Throughout his career, Max has specialized in facilitating transactions involving multi-tenant and single tenant retail properties. His meticulous attention to detail, coupled with his enthusiasm and competitive spirit, has fueled his success in helping owners receive the most value from their assets. Max believes foremost in treating others with respect and fostering good relationships.

    Cory Krupinsky

    Cory serves as a Senior Associate at Brisky Net Lease, working with private equity groups, value-add buyers, and small to mid-sized businesses on sale-leaseback transactions. During his time in the industry, Cory has observed a significant shift of private equity groups and smaller funds increasingly investing in industrial assets, along with interest in industrial-focused funds. He manages on-market as well as off-market listings for 1031 buyers, value-add funds, and long-term sale-leasebacks.

    Driven by a desire to work more closely with investments and clients, Cory began specializing in quick service restaurants (QSRs) and shifted his focus to industrial and industrial outdoor storage (IOS) assets. Cory believes collaboration between retail and industrial brokers is essential, as they share the common goal of completing deals that satisfy all parties. He navigates obstacles to ensure the success of every transaction, with the goal of both sides in a transaction feeling they are gaining value. Cory prioritizes transparency, constant communication, accessibility, and relentless perseverance, qualities that have been crucial to his career.

    Brian Brisky

    Brisky Net Lease’s founder, Brian, recognized an opportunity in 2010 to build a brokerage business with a relationship-driven approach. His company offers clients a blend of hard work, strong ethics, and enjoyment with a commitment to fostering meaningful relationships and a long-term vision.

    Brian’s story started with his father’s real estate company in Wisconsin. After being mentored in deal-making, he forged his own path, starting in tertiary markets, which led to getting experience in a wide range of product classes and sectors. As his network and client roster grew, so did his focus on nationwide investment sales. Starting in Minneapolis, Brian assembled a talented team and eventually expanded by adding offices in Charlotte and Los Angeles. The firm prides itself on repeat business, showcasing Brian’s strong reputation and commitment to client satisfaction. He is known for his attentive approach to dealmaking and has made a name for himself as a trusted consultant to some of the nation’s largest REITs, investors, and family offices.

    Brian’s expertise lies in investment and net-leased investment sales, to which he has made significant contributions. His commitment to his profession is evident through his membership in organizations such as the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR), and the Minnesota and Wisconsin REALTOR associations. Brian is a licensed broker in Minnesota, Wisconsin and North Carolina.
