    Leanna began her professional career as a legal secretary for a commercial real estate firm, where she also pursued her long-held ambition of acquiring a real estate license. She spent more than six years developing her expertise in sourcing single tenant and multi-tenant net lease properties for a large investment firm. During this time, Leanna developed a specialization in net lease real estate, tenant analysis, and transaction coordination. Her analytical skills, proficiency in transaction coordination, and strong communication abilities helped her close more than 75 transactions and source more than $300 million in net lease opportunities. Leanna’s work style is characterized by authenticity, transparency, and meticulous attention to detail. She approaches challenges with a resolution-focused mindset, emphasizing problem-solving and adaptability. Leanna values developing client relationships and fostering teamwork, succeeding through her collaborative and resilient nature.

    Alex Lott

    Alex works as an Associate at Brisky Net Lease. In his role, Alex focuses on building relationships with investors, tenants and other parties to net lease transactions. He also works hard to ensure that all parties to a transaction share a sense of success and strives to help clients accomplish their goals in a transaction. Alex realizes he can help drive the firm’s success if the client’s goals are accomplished and their expectations are surpassed. 

    Alex is a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Alex has specialized  in quick-service restaurant (QSR)/casual dining restaurant assets and worked with operators on sale-leasebacks. With years of experience as a commercial real estate advisor, Alex has represented clients nationwide. He is well versed in all single tenant retail, with extensive experience in the Southeast, where he has lived and worked his entire life. Alex’s approach to work involves the personal touch of interacting directly with clients on the phone or in person to discuss any issues or questions.

    Tiffany Trinidad

    Tiffany serves as an Associate at Brisky Net Lease, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a unique global perspective to the firm. In her role, she focuses on single tenant net lease investment sales and acquisitions, advisory services, and market growth planning and execution. Tiffany is a licensed real estate salesperson in California and an active member of the Los Angeles chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).

    Before she embarked on her commercial real estate career, she spent more than a decade successfully leading global hospitality and operations teams. That role helped Tiffany acquire extensive experience in developing genuine connections, working collaboratively with others, and delivering personalized experiences. Tiffany is passionate about meeting people and establishing meaningful relationships. Her diverse linguistic skills enabled her to learn five languages, teaching her the value of a broad perspective and fueling her innovative and creative approach to every deal. Tiffany’s capacity as a team member is limitless. She defines success by exceeding thresholds through resilience and confidence, passionately pursuing dreams, and continuously growing.

    Max Mantey

    Max works as an Associate at Brisky Net Lease. As a commercial real estate agent, he works to bring buyers and sellers together, ensuring the right individuals are matched for each transaction. Max empowers sellers to unlock the full potential of their assets, and collaborates closely with fellow brokers and staff to serve clients. His unique background provides a blend of legal acumen, transactional expertise, and a client-centric focus that Max leverages to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

    Max is a law school graduate, he holds a license in the state of Minnesota. His legal career includes clerking for a law firm that specialized in real estate, offering him valuable experience handling a diverse range of transactional work and litigation. In 2021, Max moved into commercial real estate at Marcus & Millichap, where he quickly excelled and earned the prestigious “Rookie of the Year” award in 2022. Throughout his career, Max has specialized in facilitating transactions involving multi-tenant and single tenant retail properties. His meticulous attention to detail, coupled with his enthusiasm and competitive spirit, has fueled his success in helping owners receive the most value from their assets. Max believes foremost in treating others with respect and fostering good relationships.
