Matthew serves as an Associate at Brisky Net Lease, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant net lease investments nationwide. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, he advises clients on investment strategies and transaction execution, with a focus on identifying assets that provide stable cash flow and long-term value.

Prior to joining Brisky Net Lease, Matthew gained experience in property and asset management across office, retail, and multifamily portfolios. His background includes leasing, financial and variance reporting, and capital project coordination. Through this work, he collaborated closely with ownership groups and institutional partners, developing a strong understanding of asset performance beyond the transaction.

Matthew approaches each deal with an owner’s mindset, carefully evaluating lease structure, tenant credit, expense profiles, and underlying market fundamentals to help clients make informed investment decisions. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina in Columbia and a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker.
