Brian founded Brisky Net Lease in 2010 with an emphasis on results and relationships. Brian leads the Brisky team with a client-centered approach, unified goals, and a defined vision for future success.
Brian specializes in investment and net-leased investment sales, and his successful track record showcases him as a nationwide NNN deal-maker. Aside from investment sales, he has a long track record with other asset classes too, broadening his knowledge base.
He graduated from Hamline University with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Management and Political Science. As a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), MNCAR (MN Commercial Association of Realtors), and the Minnesota and Wisconsin REALTOR associations, Brian has always enjoyed making connections and fostering relationships.
When not working, Brian enjoys traveling, staying healthy and fit, and time up at the lake!
Mike graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth with a degree in Political Science. With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Mike oversees the creation and execution of Brisky’s strategy and operations, analyzing the latest industry trends for tenants, investment groups, and markets to determine how the Brisky team can best serve their clients.
Mike is also involved in research and new business development, and enjoys leveraging his long history in the industry to understand the market and find innovative solutions. When not in the office, Mike enjoys music, golfing, and hiking scenic trails.
Cameron graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Minnesota and is currently pursuing his CCIM designation. Specializing in retail and industrial investment properties, Cameron previously worked on an industrial team at Cushman & Wakefield and is an active member of MNCAR (MN Commercial Association of Realtors) and the Twin Cities North Chamber of Commerce.
Cameron has extensive experience in investment sales from single-tenant NNN lease properties all the way to complex multi-tenant transactions. Cameron is an aggressive team player who enjoys hard work and a good challenge. His hobbies include spending time with family and friends playing board games, and anything that involves being outdoors.
Alex graduated from Clemson University with degrees in Management and Political Science. He is a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker and member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He has years of commercial real estate experience and extensive knowledge as an advisor, representing clients nationwide.
Prior to joining Brisky Net Lease, Alex focused on fast food (QSR) and casual dining restaurants, assisting investors, developers, and operators. He now specializes in the investment sales of all single-tenant net leased retail properties. When he isn’t working hard to support his clients’ needs, he is usually outdoors. He loves all things sports, hunting, fishing, and enjoys spending quality time with family, friends, and his dog, Miller.
Susie graduated with honors from St. Cloud State University with a degree in Mass Communications. She provides invaluable market, property, and tenant research while assisting as a transaction coordinator, keeping paperwork, deadlines, and due diligence requirements met, organized, and running smoothly.
Susie’s attention to detail and design allows her to maintain Brisky’s marketing plans and deliverables. She manages the website and online listing maintenance, client and electronic communications, and the creation of innovative marketing materials. Susie enjoys reading, yoga, walking her yellow lab, Basil, and planning her next travel adventure.
Madeline graduated from Marquette University College of Business Administration with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Madeline previously worked in Public Accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers and is a licensed CPA. As the investment analyst for Brisky, Madeline streamlines property and market research to uniquely understand a company’s position. She details and reports critical industry trends that may affect the local and nationwide real estate market, providing an accurate picture of the market for our clients.
By analyzing data and communicating business strategies for growth and business development, Madeline’s research contributes to the team’s success. In her free time, she loves being active and is a Yoga Instructor in the Twin Cities.
Mikena graduated from the University of St. Thomas OPUS College of Business with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management. She creates the marketing and presentation materials and helps manage marketing efforts for all online listings. Mikena also monitors the Brisky website and executes the overarching social media strategy.
Mikena’s detailed work assists the Brisky team with market, property, and tenant research and allows for innovative marketing strategies to be put in place for both our clients and us. Mikena is an avid traveler and dog-lover who brings a creative spirit to round out the Brisky team.
