Brian founded Brisky Net Lease in 2010 with an emphasis on results and relationships. Brian leads the Brisky team with a client-centered approach, unified goals, and a defined vision for future success.
Brian specializes in investment and net-leased investment sales, and his successful track record showcases him as a nationwide NNN deal-maker. Aside from investment sales, he has a long track record with other asset classes too, broadening his knowledge base.
He graduated from Hamline University with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Management and Political Science. As a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), MNCAR (MN Commercial Association of Realtors), and the Minnesota and Wisconsin REALTOR associations, Brian has always enjoyed making connections and fostering relationships.
When not working, Brian enjoys traveling, staying healthy and fit, and time up at the lake!
Mike graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth with a degree in Political Science. With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Mike oversees the creation and execution of Brisky’s strategy and operations, analyzing the latest industry trends for tenants, investment groups, and markets to determine how the Brisky team can best serve their clients.
Mike is also involved in research and new business development, and enjoys leveraging his long history in the industry to understand the market and find innovative solutions. When not in the office, Mike enjoys music, golfing, and hiking scenic trails.
Michael Palffy graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Regional Development and a minor in Sports Management. With over a decade of experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry, first as an investment sales broker and more recently working in operations, sales, and compliance. Prior to real estate, he also worked as a paralegal, which provided experience in navigating complex transactions in a variety of areas.
As a member of the Brisky Net Lease team, Michael will take on vital responsibilities to ensure the company’s success and growth. With his background in compliance and legal, he will be entrusted with maintaining and enhancing the organization’s adherence to industry regulations and developing internal policies. He is licensed in both California and Arizona and will spearhead strategic initiatives for Brisky Net Lease’s expansion and recruiting efforts.
Beyond real estate, Michael enjoys the outdoors including time on the golf course. He also enjoys spending time at his family cabin, exploring hiking trails and fishing as well as spending time with family, friends, and dogs Miley & Jasper.
Alex graduated from Clemson University with degrees in Management and Political Science. He is a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker and member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He has years of commercial real estate experience and extensive knowledge as an advisor, representing clients nationwide.
Prior to joining Brisky Net Lease, Alex focused on fast food (QSR) and casual dining restaurants, assisting investors, developers, and operators. He now specializes in the investment sales of all single-tenant net leased retail properties. When he isn’t working hard to support his clients’ needs, he is usually outdoors. He loves all things sports, hunting, fishing, and enjoys spending quality time with family, friends, and his dog, Miller.
Max graduated from Regis University in Denver, CO, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree and was a member of the Men’s Golf Team. Prior to starting his career in Commercial Real Estate, Max earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and is currently a member of the Minnesota State Bar association.
Max’s career in Commercial Real Estate began at Marcus & Millichap, where he honed his skills and knowledge for over two years working on a diverse range of investment sales, including single-tenant net lease, multi-tenant retail, industrial, and development deals. When Max isn’t working he is usually on the golf course, or at his cabin in Northern Wisconsin fishing.
Cory is a seasoned professional in the world of commercial real estate. A proud graduate of California State University, Northridge, he brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. Cory specializes in Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) assets and Sale Leasebacks, with a nationwide reach. His clients have consistently praised his professionalism, dedication, and in-depth knowledge of the industry.
Trent graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Economics. Prior to joining Brisky Net Lease, Trent specialized as a buy-side broker where he advised net lease clients through complex 1031 exchange transactions. Trent also specialized in net lease and corporate sale leaseback transactions advising business owners how to best utilize their corporate-owned real estate assets. Trent’s client base has been diverse, ranging from first-time investors to esteemed institutional groups, allowing him to develop a versatile skill set and a deep understanding of the real estate market across the board.
Tiffany graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Studies and a Minor in Business Administration. She is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in California and a member of the Los Angeles chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). Prior to a career in Commercial Real Estate, she has successfully led hospitality and operations teams worldwide for over a decade. Tiffany has the ability to develop genuine connections, work collaboratively, and deliver personalized experiences. Combined with her commercial real estate lineage, Tiffany is passionate about meeting people and establishing meaningful relationships.
Tiffany joins Brisky Net Lease with a background and understanding of single-tenant net lease investment sales and acquisitions, advisory services, as well as market growth planning and execution. Beyond real estate, Tiffany speaks five languages, enjoys creative hobbies, and explores the world with family and friends.
Leanna is a seasoned and licensed Real Estate Agent based in California with a wealth of experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry where she specializes in single-tenant and multi-tenant net lease retail properties across the nation. Leanna takes great pride in her tenacity and unwavering commitment to integrity. These qualities have been instrumental in navigating the dynamic landscape of commercial real estate, ensuring successful transactions and satisfied clients. When not working, Leanna enjoys traveling and spending time with family, friends, and her dog Cali.
Susie graduated with honors from St. Cloud State University with a degree in Mass Communications. She provides invaluable market, property, and tenant research while assisting as a transaction coordinator, keeping paperwork, deadlines, and due diligence requirements met, organized, and running smoothly.
Susie’s attention to detail and design allows her to maintain Brisky’s marketing plans and deliverables. She manages the website and online listing maintenance, client and electronic communications, and the creation of innovative marketing materials. Susie enjoys reading, yoga, walking her yellow lab, Basil, and planning her next travel adventure.
Madeline graduated from Marquette University College of Business Administration with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Madeline previously worked in Public Accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers and is a licensed CPA. As the investment analyst for Brisky, Madeline streamlines property and market research to uniquely understand a company’s position. She details and reports critical industry trends that may affect the local and nationwide real estate market, providing an accurate picture of the market for our clients.
By analyzing data and communicating business strategies for growth and business development, Madeline’s research contributes to the team’s success. In her free time, she loves being active and is a Yoga Instructor in the Twin Cities.
Mikena graduated from the University of St. Thomas OPUS College of Business with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management. She creates the marketing and presentation materials and helps manage marketing efforts for all online listings. Mikena also monitors the Brisky website and executes the overarching social media strategy.
Mikena’s detailed work assists the Brisky team with market, property, and tenant research and allows for innovative marketing strategies to be put in place for both our clients and us. Mikena is an avid traveler and dog-lover who brings a creative spirit to round out the Brisky team.
